Team Building in Pattaya – Pattaya Orphanage receives brand new bikes

A huge thank you to Hitachi automotive for their amazing efforts in coming together for their Asian Regional Conference in  Pattaya. The brief we received was to provide a positive platform for delegates to develop relationships and get to know each other and challenge them in a fun and energetic manner.

With delegates from 6 different countries, Team Building in Pattaya was always going to be a challenge, and with our Japanese translator at our side, and some reasonable Bahasa skills, we managed to get everyone into the spirit of TEAM, and engaging in a series of interactive team building activities.

Our team managed to not only engage the delegates, they  were also able to provide a safe and open platform for individuals to share their ideas and get valuable feedback from their peers. In the confines of a conference room, Hitachi proved themselves to be OK musicians, and that they can really hold a beat, with a session of musical team building, everyone jumped onto the drums and it went from a jumble of bad beats to a symphony of sweet percussion very fast!

With a number of different countries represented, and not everyone speaking English, music proved to be the key to unleashing the groups creative energy and focus, and proved perfect intro to Bike Factory team building. Building bikes can be a challenge, especially when you haven’t done it before. This didn’t stop Hitachi from throwing themselves into it and assembling the bikes in super fast time, and with great detail ensuring every part of the bike was secure and assembled correctly!

Team Building in Pattaya – The upside was presenting the beautiful kids at Pattaya Orphanage with a bunch of new bikes and the opportunity to establish a great relationship with the wonderful staff and team who help bring some normalcy to these kids lives!
